Every participant chooses her mode. Private Mode is the default and always will be. Community Mode is something you switch on deliberately — and can switch off entirely, at any moment.

You are running these thirty days privately. No group, no partner, no visibility — and nothing to withdraw later.

The privacy rule

Your goals and your progress never become public automatically.

    Private Mode is the default. You are never opted in.

    Nothing you record is shared automatically — not goals, not notes, not photographs, not percentages.

  3. 03

    Each thing you share is chosen individually, for one audience, on one challenge.

  4. 04

    You can withdraw any share at any moment; it disappears from every surface immediately.

  5. 05

    Leaving Community Mode returns every scope to private and removes you from groups and pairings.

  6. 06

    Beta participants are anonymous by default; a name appears only when she writes it herself.

  7. 07

    Encouragement is a fixed vocabulary. There is no scoring, no ranking, and no leaderboard.

Beta participants stay anonymous. A pairing shares only the scopes you have switched on for the current challenge — nothing else travels with it.

Encouragement

A fixed vocabulary, on purpose

No comments in the prototype, no scores, no leaderboard. Encouragement is four signals sent to a goal that has been shared with you — enough to be witnessed, too little to be judged.
