- Founding Season
The First Thirty is the challenge every participant begins with. Ten goals are named before day one — momentum, growth, transformation — and one act of progress is documented each day. Nothing here is about perfection; it is about evidence.
Purpose
The founding challenge exists to prove the method in public. One woman names ten goals before day one, documents a single act of progress each day, and lets the record stand — kept or missed. Everything the platform later asks of a participant was asked of her first.
