This is a working template. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed or approved by a lawyer. These templates describe intent so a qualified lawyer can be briefed properly. Until a version is marked approved by counsel, nothing on these pages binds anybody and nothing may be presented as if it did.

How a template becomes an agreement
The legal-review workflow

Template
The structure is written first: which document exists, what it must cover, and which activity it gates. No operative language is invented.

Plain-language draft
Intent is written in ordinary words, with the open questions listed explicitly so counsel is briefed rather than guessing.
- 03counsel
Counsel review
A qualified lawyer in the governing jurisdiction reviews the draft against the open questions and returns operative wording.
- 04founder
Revision
Comments are incorporated. Any change that alters what a participant agreed to increments the agreement version.
- 05counsel
Approval and versioning
Counsel approves a numbered version. Only an approved version may be presented for acceptance or relied upon.
- 06platform
Re-acceptance on change
When an approved version increments, affected participants are asked again. Consent recorded under an old version is never silently carried forward.
